Preventative Maintenance Contracts-
We can provide our clients with scheduled preventative contracts for
as low as $65 per printer (per visit).
Our scheduled maintenance requires removing fuser and registration
assemblies-the two highest failure- prone modules.
Our experts conduct the following steps:
1) Removing fuser assembly
2) Removing registration assembly
3) Vacuuming and wipe off paper path
4) Cleaning transfer corona assembly
5) Cleaning optical mirror
6) Cleaning pickup/registration rollers
7) Recommending replacing worn parts
8) Replacing felt wand and ozone filter
9) Complete machine inspection
We have developed and proven this procedure over the last three years
to extend the useful lives of critical assemblies and components.
It detects potential problems before they reach failure.
Regular scheduled maintenance reduces, downtime, increases productivity
of equipment, and reduces excessive component parts wear, and/or print
quality degradation.
We propose maintenance to be scheduled twice a year starting on January
and again in June.

Warranty
Performance Guarantee:
· All Uniglobe products are warranted
to perform to your complete satisfaction.
· All toner products are guaranteed for the full preventive
maintenance cycle as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer.
· All toner and related products are primary products formulated
from 100% virgin materials. Uniglobe 's discrete selection of
the finest particle technology, combined with stringent quality
control standards, is the key to these high quality products
· Uniglobe guarantees to its buyer of our toner products that
if any of said toner proves to be defective on delivery in either
material or workmanship, Uniglobe will either replace the same
or refund the full purchase price thereof.
· We further guarantee that, when used as directed Uniglobe
toner products will not damage your copier, laser printer, or
facsimile machine nor shorten the expected or minimum developer
life as published bye the original equipment manufacturer. If
at any time the use of Uniglobe toner is cited as a cause of
damage to your product, or shortened developer life, please
request a written statement as to exactly how Uniglobe toner
was responsible. If any such claims are valid, Uniglobe will
reimburse you the full amount of any and all services, product,
and /or repair charges.
Uniglobe's Cartridge Renewals' liability under these guarantees
shall be limited to the reimbursements stated above. If you
